Troubleshooting

1. Changes to tasks and appointments on the Pocket PC do not show on the PC after synchronisation !

2. When adding a new Sync Source my calendars are not shown. I'm using Sunbird version 0.3 or later.

1. Changes to tasks and appointments on the Pocket PC do not show on the PC after synchronisation !

The Mozilla calendar applications write changes immediately to the file. But the file is only loaded on startup. So make sure, that the application on the PC is closed, BEFORE (!) you start the synchronisation !

If you use the Calendar plugin for Firefox or Thunderbird, you must not only close the calendar application, but Firefox (or Thunderbird) also !

Sunbird V 0.3 or later is not supported directly by FinchSync yet. See HowTo pages for further instructions about syncing with Sunbird 0.3 !
